The MaxLife Accelerator Fund utilizes the financial strategy known as LIVES™. This preferred strategy will finance the research needed to profitably develop life extending technologies. LIVES™ offers investors all of the following benefits:

Liquidity. Invested funds or “deposits” are redeemable, much like a bank CD.
Income. Depositors earn 6% projected annual dividends.
Venture capital returns. Depositors earn a projected annual internal rate of return (IRR) of 27% over the 10 year life of the fund plus residuals from the 11th–17th years.
Equity. Depositors get positions in potentially some of the world’s bigger and more profitable companies. The projected IRR does not reflect this potentiality.
Safety. Your deposits are never exposed to more than a 10% drawdown.
